Optional Trips

At SSA, we recognize that one of the reasons you are studying abroad is to see the world. Students can easily book weekend travel, day trips, special visits, and much more. Talk to your Resident Director for tips and advice on how best to take advantage of your time abroad.

Additional Practicum in Education Requirement

Please note that any student who wishes to work with children in Spain must obtain a criminal background check prior to their arrival. This mainly applies to students who will participate in the summer Practicum in Education. If you are a part of this program, please click here for more information.
